Angela Barton is a nationally recognized marketing executive and the driving force behind Barton Marketing Group, one of California’s leading full-service advertising and media agencies. With more than 30 years of experience in strategic communications, branding, and high-impact campaign development, Angela has built a reputation for transforming businesses, elevating public-sector initiatives, and producing measurable results across healthcare, political, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.

As the Owner and Executive Director of Barton Marketing Group, Angela leads a powerhouse agency known for precision, creativity, and industry-defining strategy. She specializes in large-scale media buying, crisis communications, digital marketing, and brand development, and she has directed some of California’s most visible and influential campaigns. Under her leadership, Barton Marketing Group has been repeatedly named Best Marketing and Advertising Agency, earning statewide recognition for its innovative approach to omnichannel marketing and its ability to consistently outperform industry benchmarks.

Angela is widely respected for her ability to scale brands from concept to statewide prominence. She is the Owner of Titan Healthcare Services and the Co-Owner of Arise Psychiatric Urgent Care, an innovative behavioral-health model improving youth access to mental-health services and emergency psychiatric care. As the Franchise Owner of the Mrs. California America Pageant System, she champions women’s leadership, confidence, and civic engagement.

Angela is also the first female President of the Kern County Law Enforcement Foundation, where she has contributed more than 11,000 volunteer hours and helped raise millions to support over 30 law-enforcement agencies with scholarships, equipment, and life-saving resources. Her humanitarian efforts have earned her two U.S. Resolutions for National Community Service, formal recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives, and numerous state and national awards.

Using her marketing expertise to support philanthropic causes, Angela created and led United We Stand, a nationwide law-enforcement support initiative that reached communities through television, digital media, and outdoor advertising and helped unify public support for agencies across the country. She is also the author of Mirko the Miraculous K-9, a children’s book that has funded essential K-9 equipment and supported community safety programs. These efforts reflect her longstanding dedication to using her professional skills to strengthen local agencies, support families, and promote public-safety initiatives.
